Our flight departed from Sanford at 5:20AM, so our pajama boy ran around the airport starting about 4:00AM and so needless to say....
He slept the entire flight
We visited Pawpaw at his office.
And had lunch at the Country Club
There was a pretty Christmas tree there, that Henry loved. He would take an ornament off the tree (at the front of the restaurant) and Mommy would say, "Take it to Dada" and he would walk clear back to the table where Dada was sitting and hand it to him. Dada would say, "Thank you! Take it back to Mommy." and off Henry would waddle all the way back to Mommy. Repeat this 10 times and you fill a good 10-15 minutes of one-year-old excitement.
Brandon's parents' house is so beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoors, indoors, animals, food, etc. It was a very exciting place for a one-year old and we can't wait to take Henry back.
Ganki and Pawpaw have 15 chickens with fresh eggs every day.
We called the dogs polar bears.
This is how we slept. Look how much room Brandon got every night :)
Dada flew a tiny helicopter inside and Henry couldn't believe it!
Sneaky Hen!

On the way to the airport we stopped at the AWESOME play facility (Mountain Play Lodge) close to the Asheville Airport. We will definitely be going back there on future trips.
The place was amazing!
Henry played so hard, and I love this picture because he is wearing his "big boy" snow boots and is zonked out from all the excitement. It is out of order but I thought it best summed up the trip.
